Drunken driver should you enter a car with one?

Me and my boyfrien was driving home from a party on idependence day and um he was fully loaded, i told him to give me the keys but he refuse and drag me in the car, he was speeding recklessly, we were goin over at least 120 i told him to slow down he told me to f@@@ off and he dont care if he lives or die, i didnt see why he should take me with him, i am not ready to see death yet. So when he turn through a corner he had to slow down a little so decided to jump out the car luckly for me i am ok,,,,,,,was that stupid of me........i was friggin scared i thought that was my only way out there were no vehicles in the road at that time,..........tell me whats up CandyC wants to know;;;;;;;;;;

There is more here then just riding with a drunk, which is a no no. Who is the most foolish the fool or the one that lets the fool lead them?
Please dump him, yes he needs help.

NEVER..... not much of a boyfriend if he is not concerned about your safety!!

In some states if you are a licensed driver in the passenger seat of a drunk driver.. you can get ticketed as well.

So be careful, we're talking about your life and other lives... and possibly your license too.

Remember that alcohol gives false security, and a false sense of bravery. Travelling that fast is reckless and stupid, and he does not realize he's being reckless and stupid because he was drunk (but if he'd drink and drive he's reckless and stupid anyway).

Keep away from him! You were lucky once, don't count on it again. He he told you to f off then clearly he doesn't care about you, and if you stick with him you'll end up hurt, and/or dating a guy who's in prison for hurting you, someone else, or just plain drunk driving.

You already knew that the answer is NO. That's why you refused to get into the car with him. Next time you should make sure that he doesn't drive when he is loaded. He might kill himself and most importantly he might kill other people. I don't care if he wants to die, it is none of my business. But it is wrong if he drives loaded and ends up killing other people. Those people don't want to die.
