Yes. And each type of moving violation has a point value associated with it. If you accumulate a certain number of points (varies from state to state) within a certain time frame (usually based on 2-3 years) you could get your DL suspended. So...drive carefully! |

Yes.........any court conviction for a traffic violation, or any out-of-state court conviction will be put on your driving record for three years.
Your entire driving record will be maintained by the Department and will be transferred if you apply for a license in another state.

yes sadly this has messed up my career in social service where many emloyers want take people with tickets cause it raises their insurance rates. Drug addicts dont present problems to these frauds
