Expired infant car seat?

I have an expired infant car seat, its in amazing condition. What can I do with it? I'd hate to through it away. I know the high school around here does the "fake baby" class, would they take it? I'm just not sure what I should do with it, its just taking up space.
Additional Details
Infant carseats expire after 6 years from their manufacture date. Its just a safety thing, the materials may become weaker and so it wouldn't be safe for a baby.

I would ask before donating to Goodwill, etc. I know Volunteers of America told me they throw out donations of car seats because some of them are recalled and they can't be bothered with such things.

Put it on http://www.craigslist.org in the For Sale section under "Free" subcategory. The ads are free too. Or you could try selling it there. Click on your state and city first.

Donate it. Not only would it be expired from its materials being out of date, it would also be behind newer safety technologies. Newer carseats provide more protection than older ones.
