IM FREAKING OUT I SCRATCHED THE CARS SIDE. I GOT FREAKED OUT AND I STOOD OUTSIDE FOR AWHILE THIS ONE GUY SAW, IM PRETTY SURE I KNOW HIM BECAUSE I GOT IN A ACCIDENT WITH HIM AWHILE AGO BUT MY INSURANCE SETTLED EVERYTHING WITH HIM BUT WHEN HE LEFT I FLED BECAUSE I WAS SCARED AND DIDNT NO WHAT TO DO. MY CAR HAS NO DAMAGE JUST A LITTLE SCRATCH THAT I CAN WIPE OFF. IDK WHAT TO DO BUT IM FREAKING OUT AND IM SCARED ! IDK WHAT TO DO! IDK WHAT TO DO!!!! PLEASE HELP THANK YOU AND I KNOW IM SO STUPID BUT I WAS SCARED I DIDNT NO WHAT TO DO I WAS SCARED!!!

IM AT HOME BCUS I WAITED FOR AN HR OR SO AND NO ONE CAME AND I GOT SCARED AND MY FRIEND SAID SHE WOULD DRIVE IT AWAY I COMMITED A CRIME AND I OWE 30,000 IN INSURANCE MONEY SO I WAS RLY SCARED =(!!

The best and correct thing you should have done was leave a note on the car with your name and how to get in touch with you. Of course, you are libel for the damage to his/her car. You need to get the owner's information to give it to your insurance co.
Tell the guy you're sorry, waited around for awhile to see if anybody showed up then got scared and left. Since you located him to tell him you were the one that damaged his car, he may go easy on you.
You might get a break & he'll tell you to forget it (depending on how much damage was done). |

First of all you need to calm down. Don't stress yourself out. Secondly, you need to find the person of the parked car. If you can wait until they approach their car if that is theirs. Once you see the owner of that vehicle let them know what happened. If it is minor then the owner of the vehicle may not press charges. But either way your insurance and their insurance should cover any damages. Just don't stress out. Be calm and things will work out. |

Step one turn the caps lock OFF. Step two calm down!!! Step three go back if the car is still there write a note and leave it under a windshield wiper telling them what happened and how to contact you. If you get the note on the car they probably will not press charges, but if they find you and you did not leave them a note I make no guarantees, they may just press charges. And last calm down. |
