It is legal, but personally I think it's BS. JB Hunt has been doing it for years.

Ucantcme's artical there is exactly what I'm calling BS. How in the hell does it make the trucking industry safer and reduce crashes if someone smoked pot (or anything else for that matter) 90 days ago and they test for it today. Utter BS.

When they take hair for drug screens they can go months back for marijuana and other drugs it's hard to beat that test.
