Has Anyone ever experience road rage?

OH YEAH! about two weeks ago this punk idot started flashing his lights at me because i was driving to slow in front of him on the freeway. well the speed limit is 65 and i was doing 75. there were no cars in the right lane and he could have easily moved over and passed me up but apperantly he was to stupid to try that. when he finally did that about 3 1/2 miles later he slowed right next to me and gave me his worst mean stare, so i laughed to myself because it was funny. well that pissed him off more so he followed me to my exit. i pulled into the gas station up the road for gas and when i got out he got out and started cussing at me while i laughed on at him. i am a five foot nine inch ex gang member that has worked in construction for about nine years now and i work out three times a week since i graduated from high school 91. i took off my jacket and he then shut up real quick. the two truckers at the station started busting up and that just blew his top. he burned rubber and ran right into a cop car that was exiting the car wash. whoever you are that was driving that ford expedition, i wish you and your family a MERRY CHRISTMAS !

Yes, but it usually stays within the car.
I believe that i'm intelligent enough to not act upon impulses to hit the car infront of me.

Unfortunately, my intelligence doesn't include the ability to not cut people off and tail them.

Once this guy was so upset that I got in front of him (now I signaled 1st and there was plenty of room) but it ticked him off so much that he chased me, drove beside me and threw his baby's bottle at my windshield! I couldn't believe he was driving so erratic with his baby in the car!

..pretty much daily or whenever anyone tailgates me...

yes some guy was poking along in front of me at about 10 to 15 miles an hour in a 30 mile an hour zone and he got annoyed cause he thought i was following him to close and he stopped right in the middle of the road and got out of his car and started yelling at me and i told him to calm down and that the speed limit was 30 miles an hour and if he was going drive so slow he should pull over and let others go by and he was yelling at me the whole time. so he stopped yelling and i got back in my car and he got back in his and i had enough of him already so i put in in reverse backed up and put in drive and floored my big V8 and went right around him and he jumped out of his car swearing and cursing and as i drove out of sight i gave him the one fingered salute

Two defenses against road rage that are simple and easy to follow are courteous driving and reporting aggressive drivers to the authorities promptly.

Think of those little things you find most irritating in other drivers and avoid being guilty of them yourself. They include: tailgating, blinding other motorists by driving with your lights on high beam, driving too slow in the fast lane, speeding up when another motorist tries to pass and cutting in too soon when you pass a car.

Try not to respond aggressively to that first hostile action on the part of the other driver and report the aggressive driver to law enforcement officials as soon as possible.

Get the license number and other identifying information on the car and driver. If you have a phone in your car, alert local law enforcement officials as soon as possible, without calling attention to yourself. If someone else is in the car with you, perhaps that person can inconspicuously place a call without being detected.

I don't drive, but if I did I would have road rage 'cause even when I'm in the passenger seat I get so mad and yell and swear.
Accually I've had what I term "Sidewalk Rage". More then once I've gotten really pissed off when I'm walking on the side of the road or in a parking lot and some idiot drives too fast and close to me. Usually I just scream at the car as they drive away, but, if I have ANYTHING in my hands at the time, I may just throw it! I winged a bagle with cream cheese at a car one time, and it went all over the back windshield. But he deserved it.

i once killed a driver for taking a green light and i thought i was red...OOPS
