I was on my bicycle, passing a car on the left, as the law forces, and they turned out in front of me Grand Theft Auto style. Those not familiar with the game- this means they pull in front of you as if you don't exist. So anyway, I was forced to go flying through a tight parking space with a swerve and brake maneuver as the person was about 10 feet away and I couldn't stop quick enough. This person was a new driver, and were most likely on a cell phone, making a bad name for the rest of the new drivers. Nothing against new drivers, I'm 14(getting my motorcycle license soon), but the few that do this need to be re-eductated or something.
Additional Details
They didn't use their signal, and it's not like I popped out of thin air or anything.
