OMG!!! have you checked to see if there are cctv cameras down this road?? im sure this would help you ALOT if there were camers down there

Its not funny and you should ask around if anybody witnessed this and go after the driver but in the meantime you should file a police report so that this is on file, good luck.

I was rollerblading in my neighborhood and a City truck coming slowly around the corner drifted into my path. I was hit softly and went over the hood into the grass. The elderly worker freaked out naturally. I imagine he could see a lawsuit against the City and his retirement down the drain. I wasn't hurt at all and ended up comforting him, telling him not to worry. I could have had major bucks but I'm not that kind of person. If I was seriously hurt, maybe it would have been different.

In your case, the car was at fault for not paying attention in time. I bet you felt like Spiderman crawling up that building. Hope you're ok.

If you can't id the car there isn't much you can do but hope to see them again so you can curse them out. If you aren't hurt, be thankful that it wasn't worse.

No but a guy I was High School with came over a hill and ran over a state trooper standing beside car he had pulled over. The trooper was instantly killed and the guy got life in prison. No one has seen or heard from him since.

Sorry to hear that, I got hit by a car a few months ago but luckily it just clipped my hand and didn`t do any damage. Again like you he was going to fast for me to get a number so all I could do was shout abuse at him, I knew he was aware of what he`d done as he was looking in his mirror before he sped off round the corner..............

Whilst I'm not a great fan of suing the emergency services, if you're looking for compensation, you have may just a claim against them.

If you're in the UK, part of a definition of an RTA is 'Owing to the presence of a vehicle on a road, an accident occurs'

As the accident happened due to the presence of the emergency vehicle, you might want to speak to a solicitor
