i want to get this car seat for my daughter but i want her in a 5 point harness for a long time but this says it only goes up to 40 pounds. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.d... last time i wighted her she was about 31 pounds. but that was just on an house scale so not sure how well it really reads her weight she goes to the dr some time before march 6th for her 3 year well check up. you think with this car seat i can keep her over the harness weight limt and think she will be ok.
Additional Details
i says it has LATCH but does any knew if it has top and lower latch or just top?

It's never recommended to use the product above and beyond what it says. They have limits for safety reasons. It's not meant to hold more than 40 pounds as a 5 point harness and you would compromise the safety to do so.

I'm not sure about the latches. I believe there's only the two (one on each side) on the bottom, but i could be wrong. Hard to remember off the top of my head! lol
