Today while i was driving down the road it's called 23rd street in oklahoma city ok. It's a very busy street.

This girl she was young, she was texting you could see her texting, she almost sideswiped me three different times While she was visably texitng

Yes I have and even though I will get a lot of thumb downs for this I would get the plate number and call the police asap......you might just be saving someones life.

I have been held up at intersections and light signals by drivers who are texting, but nothing more dangerous than that.

What I did see when I went shopping for Christmas presents is huge numbers of young men and women, not teenagers, walking at a snail's pace or just stopping in the middle of foot traffic to read or reply to a text message. This happened not once or twice, but constantly. It was maddening.

This is just a wild guess, but the drivers who are texting while operating a motor vehicle are probably the same people who text while shopping. Both oblivious to the danger or inconvenience their texting poses.

texting, talking it doesnt matter ive had too many close ones. im glad they are making BOTH against the law in my state.
