Have you been in an accident with a driver on the cell phone?

If so, please provide the details of how the accident happen and who the insurance found at fault or what percent of fault.

I T-boned a lady who ran a red light. She was still talking on the phone when/after I hit her. The cops were witness to the accident. And she was still talking on the phone when they tried to take her to the hospital (she wasn't hurt). The cop finally grab the phone out of her hand, said "She'll call you back" and slammed it to the ground. The "lady" tried to sue me. And that produced a great deal of laughter in my company.

BTW I was in a 24 foot truck. She was in a BMW

that is a funny story, and no I havent been in an accident like that, but I know it happens a lot.
