Have you ever been crossing the road when someone in their car...?

Can't say I have, however I was sent a film clip of an old lady crossing a road at a T junction. A bloke in a car got irritated at the time it was taking for her to get across and started reving his engine and tooting his horn. She just turned round and wacked the front of his car with her shopping bag which set off the airbag in his steering wheel. The look on the bloke's face was priceless. The old girl just carried on walking as though nothing had happened. lol.

WE only do it so as to not run you over while you take your time crossing a busy road! After all i dont want dents in my car!!

If anyone revs the car engine at me while I'm crossing the road or walking down the side of a narrow road, I go even slower.

i never rev the engine when someones crossing, i accelerate as quietly as possible as to give me a better chance of hitting some slow idiot who is crossing where he/she shouldn't be.

Those of us walking should be thinking about our own AS5ES and get the hell out of the way. We shouldn't be taking our sweet F'en time strolling across the street. Who's to say that somebody won't run a person over by accident? Be smart and courteous by getting the "F" across the dang street quickly. Doing this keeps us pedestrians safe and lets the drivers be on their way. Those of you who disagree should try getting run over because you dragged your feet unnecessarily or even intentionally.

I'm the type that crosses roads, streets, walkways, etc... and jus' looking both ways and being cautious enough to the point where if I got hit by a car, I'd get a nice check out of it it, cause it wouldn't be my fault. haha

If they start revving their engine, just walk slower. It specifically states in the highway code that drivers must not intimidate pedestrians by revving their engines.

Yes, I do not feel stupid the person behind the wheel is an idiot and he knows and i knows that if he bumps me with his car............he WILL go to jail. so never ever feel like an idiot again okay?
