If so, who was at fault? was anyone criminally charged? Who died? I am looking to hear from all sides of the equation. My brother was killed recently in a wreck. It was due to a man driving carelessly and speeding. He is being charged for it. Drugs and alcohol were not a factor. I am wondering how this man may feel. He will not talk to my family. I am especially interested in hearing if you were the one who caused the wreck. Not to be mean or judgmental. I am just trying get an understanding for how the man must feel. I have driven carelessly also, so I am not trying to judge anyone.

yes, the douche bag drunk driver, and my best friend joseph, i made it ok but got cracked ribs. and he was charged with manslaughter. and im sorry about your loss, much love. he is in a much better place. |

Years have passed and I still relive that crash in my head. I was driving at 65 MPH my 1969 Lotus Cortina Sedan on a 4 lane divided highway in the country. A Mail delivery Jeep, the kind where the driver is on the right side of the vehicle pulled out in front of me from the right front. He came out of a blind driveway. I had essentially no time to react and crashed into the passenger (left) side of his vehicle. He was ejected out the side that I hit and struck the front of my car. He died a few days later and never regained consciousness. Even though the accident was proved to be his fault, I recall every second right up to impact and during my ride to the hospital. I suffered minor injuries because I was belted in. I saw the last look of terror on the man's face. Who can ever forget that? |
