No but one time these two guys hit a tree across the street from my house, said they dropped a "cigarette" on the seat between 'em. Yah right.....

Nope.......You may be cited as being at fault because your actions while behind the wheel led to you being distracted which caused an accident.

I have a travel mug with me every morning and depending on traffic, I barely drink the coffee until traffic condition clear up and it will not be a distraction to driving.

No but when I used to be a smoker, I dropped my cigarette on the floor while driving. Didn't cause an accident but that was a real dumb move.
