Having L.E.D lights in the car legal in new york state while driving?

i have blue L.E.D light placed under my dash and under my driver and passenger seats for the back of my 05 saturn ion. i have a switch and all but idk if there legal or not to have on while going down the road. there bright and light up the ground but can only see a little reflection on the windows, is that legal to drive around in?

It is against the law when moving and any light is against law on the inside when moving. This is a safety thing why is that so hard to understand.

They are not illegal to have on the vehicle and can be turned on while you are not driving but you can be ticketed for using them on the road because this would cause a distraction to other drivers..
