Help! gum on my car seat!?

please help. I got gum on the passenger seat of my scion. could someone please tell me how to get it off? my wife and I went to the movies today (saw Casino Royale) and my girl must of sit on chewing gum that was on the theater seat. when we got home her butt sticks to my car seat. she got up, her rear end was all sticky with gum. i have never had this happen before so i dont really know what i need to clean it with. please help! thank you all in advance. scott

use ice or goop remover you can buy it at a arts and craft store

Ice the gum. Freeze it real well and you should be able to "break" the gum off the seat.

use a skaping knife.
be genitle to the seat..
try to only get the gum up.

if that doesnt work.
use a tooth brush or a sponge and use water.
then it will work.

The nail polish thing works great for final removal,but try an ice
cube first to harden & get most of it off.Follow up with the nail-
polish remover for clean-up.

The active ingredient in nail polish actually decays the chemical material in gum... Pour some nail polish remover on it. Trust me it works

go to wal-mart and get this stuff called Oops! you'll find it around the paint section. i use it cuz i got kids, enough said. it also removes permanent marker, and glue, and tar, and wax, and all that good stuff! not very expensive.
