Help, i have just passed my driving test?

I have just passed my driving test 3 days ago,is it normal to think, wow i am on my own all alone, there is still so much i don't know and to feel very very nervous that you feel like there is still loads you want to be shown and taught?
Is that normal to feel that way???

Thank you so much for any info

Yes, it's perfectly normal.
Your driving test doesn't mark the end of your driver training, you should be learning all of the time.
The practical test is woefully inadequate in my opinion - you may never have driven in the rain, at night, certainly not on a motorway & now you're left to drive anywhere & everywhere on your own!
Keep driving, keep learning - if you lack confidence, contact your instructor & ask for a couple of hours driving tuition after dark, around town, or wherever you feel that you need more help.
Good luck, have fun - it says a lot to me that you don't think you know it all, a common mistake for many new & young drivers. Well done on your pass.

Yes it,s normal and better to be like that than to be over confident

The first time i got in a car after i'd passed my test, i absolutely $hit myself!!!! lol So yes it is normal to feel this way, it's all down to you now, but at least you do have the sense to realise that there is so much more to learn. There are sooooo many new drivers out there who think just because they've passed their test it makes them the world's best and that they have nothing left to learn - those are the worst drivers!! Take it steady, realise that you are learning every time you get behind the wheel and show due care and consideration for other road users. You wont feel like this for long, soon you'll be jumping in the car and not even thinking about it.

Hope you have many years of safe and incident free driving. :o)

congrats yes its normal to feel this way just take your time you learn to pass your test then when you have you learn to drive just take it easy and you will be ok go on a few short trips to build your confidence you will soon be wondering why you were worried

Depending on where you live, if you really don't feel that confident, then there are several 'advanced' driving courses that can be taken (Definitely applicable in the UK) your current driving instructor, if you have one, may offer these courses, but of course it's an additional expense.

The feeling is natural, and will only fade with experience, you know the basics, everything else is experience.

Of course if there are things you wish to know such as driving in ice/snow the internet is a great source of information for 'safe' driving.

That is normal. Just go to a open parking lot and practice driving. You will get used to it.

i know...god help us..another one let lose on the roads...lol

dont be panicked...just get use to driving by driving on corner roads round your house and buy a 'p' plate if that makes you feel better...

after i passed...i got in more practice by just driving round the houses...not a lot of traffic and you have time to correct your mistakes...also try venturing out on the road around 11am...when not a lot of people are about...so you can get a feel for the road on your own...

good luck and i better not be exchanging insurance details with ya

Driving is all about confidence and practise, your instructor should have offered follow on practise.
Motorway driving will be a major hurdle to deal with, find a quite time when the traffic is light and practise all you have learnt, you have all the skills to control your car,the only thing that can make things go wrong is you.
Practise make perfect, drive where you feel confident, as your confidence grows so will your ability to drive further afield.

Um...you still cannot drive alone though. You have to have a certain amount of hours driven for day time and night time. It is ok not to know everything on the road yet. You just passed, so you will learn over time. Personally though, I am 17 and don't really want a drivers license. I just think it's lazy.
