Help me please am i overreacting?

Yesterday i was driving and about to make a right turn, and looked left towards oncoming traffic, when the traffic cleared i was about to turn right but i didnt see the person crossing the street. Luckily I didnt even hit the gas and hit the brakes again. I think i moved like half a centimeter anyways, but he noticed this and yelled a bunch of swear words, I am certain that I did not hit him because he just walked away. Is it possible that he could have gotten my license and say later that he was injured? I didn't even hit him

It's best not to worry...unless there's something to worry about. If he just walked away and didn't walk up to your car...then chances are that he was just pissed and decided not to do anything.
There was no damage done...and you now know...in the future...just be more aware of your surroundings...and that anything can happen...and just be thankful that nothing did happen.

Even if he did decide to do something...the burden of proof is on him...unless it was something obvious...I doubt he will pursue it....just be more careful in the future.

You'll likely be fine. People who do stuff like that are idiots.

"Hmm, the guy in the car is looking the other direction let me go walk in front of his car."

While you should look it's still foolish to assume that he's gonna see you . Just walk BEHIND the car.

I wouldn't worry about it. There is no proof you hit him, no witnesses.

No he would have to prove injuries, hospital doctor etc. No proof, its your word against his. Probably just scared him witless and he over-reacted.
