Help with a 'New Driver' sign, how to make it stay on a cold car window?

A 'new driver' sign needs to be posted in a Matrix car. It sort of looks like a station wagon at the back or a small SUV.
When the sign is taped to the window it just falls off when it's cold
There isn't a place to prop it up in the back window like you might have with a sedan or other car, so it needs to be secured to the window
Any suggestions?

thanks for the suggestion on the inside, that's what we are doing but it's very cold where we live sometimes and the tape just doesn't stick

ok, dont put it in the outside of the car because surely it will fall off when its foggy n cold. put it in the inside of the car in the window. kno what i mean? put it in the inner window, where the fog n cold wont get into. to make it more secure, u could probly use clear tape.
