You dont want to drive it at all. Its bad on the car and the rim. Pull to the side of the road, hit your hazards and call a tow truck or someone who can put on your spare.

in an emergency only situation, it is possible to drive with a flat back tyre, You will damage your tyre and the wheel rim so always best to change the wheel and tyre immediately

And when did you last check the pressure in your spare? I'll bet it's way under the recommended 60 psi, so it's no better than the flat.

It depends on how flat the tire is, what size of tires, what kind of rim you have. I wouldn't recommend driving it if you have a low profile tire or aluminum rim...

If you have a stock wheels (steel) and the tire isn't completely flat, then you can get away with it.

But even if you have steel wheels and the tire is all the way to the ground, don't do it!

if there is still some air, you can drive at 5 MPH for some distance, but it will eventually destroy the tire and wheel and maybe your hub assembly if you keep driving. it can also cause you to lose control and crash, and nobody likes that. if this is truly a bid deal for you, invest in a set of run-flat tires. most run-flats let you drive at 45-60 MPH for 45-100 miles before complete failure and loss of control
