How can I contribute towards governing the road rules and driving regulations.?

I want to provide a helping hand for the societies benefit. I have some ideas and face issues when some basic rules are not followed. Whom should I contact to improve driving conditions in Mumbai.

Since I am in America I don't know where you would go. Does your country have a place that makes the rules for the roads? Like in America we have the Department of Motor Vehicles. Each state has the same basic rules but some states have extra rules. In some states you can make a left hand turn on a red light & in others you cannot. Some do not allow U-turns, some do.
I would think you could contact your government & if they don't have some office already set up, maybe you could be the one who does it. you'll never know unless you ask !! Maybe the police in your country can tell you where to go? Here they are the ones who enforce the rules of driving. You get a ticket & have to pay a fine if you get caught breaking a rule. Below is the DMV website you can look up driving information there that might help you.
