Even though I stopped at the stop sign and looked to see no one coming from the right, an SUV slammed into my front and rear right doors of my car. Now, I'm being blamed for 80% of the accident's fault. That other car was rented and there were 4 "wild" guys in it. Now, 2 of them are suing for bodily harm also. How can I tell that they did this on purpose and not by "ACCIDENT"??

This is going to be tough. First, get a copy of the police report. Second, you need to talk to an attorney. You are going to find yourself knee deep quick and you need someone to look out for your rights. This isn't going to be easy. 4 Wild guys or not, they have 4 witnesses and it sounds like you are the only one in your van.
Who placed the blame? The officers? The insurance Co? Is your car driveable? I dare say it isn't. Did the Officers check out the wild guys for drug or alcohol? what time of day was it?
these question are going to better help in the understanding of the accident. I've been there and its not fun. You know you followed the rules but get blamed anyway. |

So, you failed to leave a stop sign in safety by the sound of it. All you can do is get a lawyer, but I don't think you can prove they were just sitting around waiting for somebody to run into. |

You may have to hire a accident analysis and a lawyer and maybe a doctor to counter their injury claims.
You have weigh the difference for yourself.
Consult a legal firm that has a vehicle accident analysis on staff and see what they say.

Find out from the accident report , contact an attorney. If the report can show they were driving at an unsafe speed before the crash, that may be your best proof. because every crash has an impact speed effect upon an object. |

tell the police to check the tire marks and stuff, and btw the 4 guys shoulda been testedfor drugs n alcohol, and next time bring a camera in your car and take photos of the damage and all the angles |
