How can i deal with a neighbor that constantly parks in front of my drive?

my neigbour is alsways making it hard for me to get my car in or out of my driveway , by blocking it or parking so close making it difficult to manouver , they have 2 cars and no driveway, theres plenty space for them to park nearer to there house , but they always park in such a way that makes it difficult for me to use my drive how can i deal with this

Try talking to them.
If they are parking legally, that's all you can do. Remember that the street in front of your house is public property, not yours. If they are blocking your driveway then it is illegal and you can call the police department's non-emergency hotline number to get them towed. |

Try to solve the problem without threatening & ofcourse without cops or tow trucks. Try in a frindly way speak to him & may be suggest him a solution. I'm sure if you explain the problem in a logic way your neighbor might even like you. Trust me i'm a doctor |

have a nice talk with him, and work out a arrangement. being nasty never solve the problem. i have a friend who had a similar issue. at end his neighbour past him a set of the car keys, so that he can move away the car when necessary. though in my friend's case, the explanation given by the neighbour is that his wife has no confidence parking the car |

my mother and father in law had the same problem. what they did was wrote a note telling them if they keep parking in the front of their drive way they were going to call the cops. do that and see if it works. If not then call the cops. they can do something about it. |
