In 2,005 I recieved in the mail a toll ticket, funny thing I or my truck was never on that road. Send the paper asking for proof, they sent me a picture of my licensce plate 2 digits of the plate were not readable. Wrote them back about the missing numbers. Didn't here from them after that until now from the collection agency after 4 years. Now what do I do

Well you're definitely going to need to get a laywer because the main problem here is that a collection agency on your credit report has destroyed your credit. You won't be able to get an apartment or anything with that on there. So you need to clear this up with teh court and dispute it on your credit - it's a major hassle.
