Call the fire department have them use the JAWS OF LIFE. Remember to specifically ask them to do that. This way you will never have a problem getting in your car anymore. |

I am assuming that you are speaking from a Driver's perspective?........and that you are serious.
When I spoke to a Military Driving Instructor, he told me that in the Military, student drivers are taught to use their right hand to open the Driver's door. This makes the driver actually turn his/her head and look back up the road before opening their door. I think if on the passenger side, you should use the left hand for the same reason.
The Driver of a vehicle is responsible for opening the door safely without interfering with other road users.
For instance, if you opened your Driver's door and a car hit it, you would be at fault. |
