this is my second Traffic violation the
previous violation occured in ILLinois
What happens if I recieve a third violation in any state will my home state
take any action against my DL

Unfortunately you are getting points for each accident. All of the states are linked together which then makes no difference where the accident occurred. Try to be more careful since the state may try to pull your license from you.

Your driving record ...is your driving record...and will follow you no matter where you are...so..if you had a violation on the east coast...and you lived on the west coast....then....your record will reflect that..regardless.
