I need help finding the amount of crashes and/or accidents that happen on the 401 highway each year.

Life is good

Phone the O.P.P. and ask them. The 401 is a very long highway stretching from Windsor in the West to the Quebec Border in the East.
There are probably a couple dozen accidents on there every day.
