You need to provide some more information, such as what type of compressed gas, i.e. flammable, oxygen, inert etc, also the size of your lorry.
Are you an ADR driver?
Update, you say the gas is innergen(?). What is that gas, how many packages are you being asked to carry, what sizes are the packages?
This information is needed to establish if you come "in scope" of the ADR regulations. |

I cannot believe no ADR is required. If you are not ADR trained and licenced I'd refuse to take it tbh, regardless of whether you need an ADR licence or not. It's not just the quantities, it's what to do if you have an accident or it starts leaking or something, which is why I cannot believe it's not ADR reg'd.
Are you sure your employers aren't just telling you any old rubbish to get you to carry it? |
