well going 20 over is considered reckless driving i believe so i would assume going 84 in a 65 would be about $175 or so. |

I got accused of doing that and It cost me 170 bucks. I say accused of doing it because I was in the right lane the whole time in traffic leaving a football game and the cop had to clock the traffic in the left lane.
I took it to court and lost because the judge openly said that he wanted to side with the officer... even when I had family as witnesses to me not speeding. Remember.. innocent till proven guilty..unless it raises money for the state. |

LOL I have received two tickets in my life time going 95 in a 55. I drive fast always have.... last time I received was going 85 in a 60 ticket would have cost me 195.00 and I live in Texas. I took mine to a lawyer who deals with speeding tickets and paid him 40 bucks and went on probation and the ticket isn't on my record. Just call the police dept they can tell you how much it is and you can work out a payment plan probably. |
