How much must I weight to ride in the passenger seat?

I am 13 but I am so tiny that I can barley find decent clothes. Alot of my friends make fun of me because my mom says I'm too small to ride up in the front! What is the legal weight that I must be to ride the the front? Are there any more requirements?
