it varies wildly depending on what you want to spend on the wheelchair, the design, the age of the chair. older chairs didn't have modern technology and tend to be harder. cheaper chairs don't have as much involved with them and tend to be harder. collapsible chairs have to use either a removeable seat, or a flexible one, which tends to be harder.
go to a medical supply store and take a look, see what you like/can afford. |
