Let say If I Were in the far right lane and the instructor as me to turn left the intersection do i singal and go all the way over at once or lane by lane

As soon as the examiner tells you to turn left at the next intersection, you should move to the far left lane. As you get closer, you have to decide where to position your vehicle for the turn - whether in a turn lane or a dual use turn lane or just from that far left lane. Try to give about 5 seconds on the the turn indicator. I also like to use my left arm out the window to let folks know that I'm really going to do it and also give a little wave when they let me in front of them. Keeps things light. Always, always - lane by lane.

Go one lane at a time and hesitate in each lane to make sure some maniac is not speeding up that lane....Like they do in Las Vegas.

You never want to just signal and go over each lane at once. This is a dangerous thing to do. What you want to do is make sure that it is clear to change lanes before you do. Look at your each of your mirrors before changing lanes. That way you will know if it is clear. If it is clear then you proceed to the next lane. After you get to the next lane, make sure it is clear to get over once again. Once you have found that it is clear to get over, then proceed to the left lane.

Look in your rear view and side view mirrors for other motorists and traffic.

Check your blind spots. The blind spot on most cars is around the middle of the car, near the left and right rear doors. This is an crucial step that is often forgotten.

Press your turning indicator down to turn on the left blinkers, or right to turn on right blinkers. Most modern cars will indicate to you which direction your blinkers are set with a small blinking light on the console.

Scan the mirrors and blind spots again to double check to make sure you are clear to switch lanes.

Turn into the desired lane with caution and purpose.
