Things Youâ€™ll Need:

safe place to practice
Step1 Start by pulling up parallel to the vehicle in front of the parking spot you want. Put on your right directional signal to let other drivers know that you will be parking in this spot.
Step2 Slowly and steadily back up straight until your driver's seat is even with the bumper of the car next to you. Cut the wheel all the way to the right and begin to work your way into the parking spot. Stop when your car is at a 45 degree angle.
Step3 Now, cut the wheel all the way to the left. Slowly and steadily continue to work your way into the parking spot. Then straighten out your wheel and move forward to complete parking.

Read the drivers manual, and practice with a licensed driver.

Its hard to explain how to do this maneuver but I shall try. Pull up next to the vehicle that you wish to park behind, making sure you are close, but not to close to them. Check all of your mirrors and place vehicle into reverse. When your steer tires are even with the back tires of the vehicle your are parking behind, turn your steering wheel towards the vehicle you are parking behind. This will move your back end in the direction you want to go and take your front end away from the vehicle you are parking behind. I hope this helps.

i have no way to explain it to you
but obviously the other people have done a good job
let me tell you though, i almost failed my test last april just cause I was about to run the cones down
(they gave me couple chances to get it right, i kept screwing up)
the instructer was a friend of my dad's and my dad was keeping him busy
but what i realized...
you know the rearview mirrors? move them when the instructer leaves the car so that instead of looking at the back of the car...they are positioned to show you the tires and the cones/curb of the street
it really helps with accuracy
as soon as I moved the mirrors
....a...perfect....park....
I don't know how it happened but seriously it saved my last chance
