How to stop people of Delhi from spitting on the road while driving or when waiting at the trafic signal?

just yesterday the man who was driving the car ahead of me spitted 10-12 times while we were crossing Dhaula Kuan crossing.It was so disgusting.I think there should be a law to ban spitting in Public place.The Delhi-ites should unite and start educating people.

Indian government should bring out new rules and strict law against people spoiling the public places and roads.they should put surveillance cameras in public places and traffic junctions to catch hold of these people and punish them.And every educated citizen of india should make it his/her responsibility to see that such things doesn't happen around them.

take a photograph and elarge the size and stick on signal pole in the way he goes

Write a letter to your congressman (or the equivalent of a congressman - not sure what it is in India). Not a whole lot you can do, but maybe bring it to the attention of higher ups.

Make a video of the person and put the video on net in "you tube" or some other site.This may stop atleast the people who use internet regularly.

Whenever you see someone spit, slap them as hard as you can in the face. It is a disgusting habit.
