I'd just taken a behind the wheel test...?

The examiner was very impolite. While I was taking a drive test, she wasn't pay very much attention to my driving just kept chewing her tootsie candy and left package inside my car!She hardly told me to go left or right (how am I suppose to know the direction?? And I tried to keep my speed at 25 but she said "it's a 30mph speed limit, go go go!" like she wanted me to drive so fast. And when we were on the way back to dmv office, I didn't realize it was dmv office on the left so I kept going straight and the lady told me in the last minute to go left and the line on the road was so faded away I can't see any line at all. She told me later I wasn't in the proper lane to turn. She failed me and said I changed to left lane without looking over shoulder! That's the only reason she gave in my paper and there's no mark on anything except "intervention by the examiner".I just think it was unfair to me. I reschedule appointment already but I wonder if I can do anything to report her or somethin

I've been driving for 8years since I lived in Thailand and I already have international driver license. I just think I was treated poorly and unappropriated.

Must complain her. Give the details of everything that she did. That is lazy and irresponsible attitude and must be stopped. And you should ask them to assign a different examiner. Also try to drive through the area and familiarize yourself. When you know the route just drive according to it and don't let them boss you around. Just keep to the limit, not faster than it, a little slower should be ok like 30 you drive like 28-29 then you should be safe.

Sorry, but if conditions were good, driving 5 mph under the limit can fail you just the same as 5 mph over. Depending on traffic, going slow can make you a hazard, and the examiner likely determined you didn't have the confidence to do the limit, or in your words "drive so fast".
Many people fail driver tests, and they never admit they weren't really ready, many don't realize they weren't really ready, but I really believe that is your case. You can't report an examiner for that. You have to get some more road time, and drive the speed limit! Learn the area around the dmv so you aren't lost coming back. Check out the road with the faded lines so you know where the turning lanes are. Others must be figuring it out, or nobody would ever be able to turn.

The examiner is not there to be your friend, the examiner is there to make sure you know how to drive safely. Every person I taught to drive passed the first time, because I refused to let them go for the test if I didn't believe they were absolutely ready. It didn't matter what they thought, I was the teacher. I also gave every one of them a "driver test", very similar to the real thing, and marked them very harshly, with the idea that passing my harsh test meant they had a much better chance to pass the one that counted.

Edit
Okay you have some previous driving experience, on the other side of the road! In other words, you are a newbie driving on the right side of the road, and you still sound tentative, sorry, but that's the way I see it. You need some more time being mentored on how we drive in Canada and the US. Up until a few years ago, a Thai driver licence was just like any other consumer goods, you went in and bought one.

sounds like your not that good of a driver. no experienced driver lets someone tell them how to drive blind less. even if she did tell you to turn it was your responsibility as the driver to know exactly what you were doing and to choose to do it or not. you did not have to do it if it was unsafe. you could have drove a little further and then turned around. Also if 5 miles per hour makes you nervous sounds like you need more experience.

That is their job to make you feel uncomfortable .. If you complain it will only make it worse on you .. I failed mine twice .. Take it again and relax .. Drive the same way with a friend , it will help you relax ..

happens a lot...hopefully you don't get the same examiner. Practice picking up your speed and get familiar with the test route. Keep driving it!
Sometimes it's not just what we do, but how we react to what is being said.
Good Luck next time.
It took me 3 tries and that was 30 years ago! (Accident free yrs I might add)

Birds of a feather flock together ............... don't you dare report her. Word might get back and she'd see you were blackballed. Just do your part and you'll get there.

Don't bother, they don't care. My first examiner was like that too; she didn't talk loud enough, just sorta mumbled instructions to me and treated me like I was stupid. But they're not like customer service, they're the gov't. They don't care if you get treated like crap.

You should report her and let them know everything that she was doing. She was suppose to pay more attention. It wasn't right what she did. That's being irresponsible. And make sure that the next time you take the test you let them know that you want somebody else. Take care and good luck next time. God Bless you

I would go to the DMV and explain to them what she did when you were driving. That is not fair.
