I am nervous about the 2 hour drive to my uncles house after our car crash in may what can i do to feel safe?

On Saturday, I am going to my Uncle's house and it is 2 hours away & I am still a little nervous about going after we just had a car crash in May this year. Is there anything I can do to relax and feel totally safe on the ride to, and from my Uncle's house? Please answer. I really would like to have some help. Merry Christmas!

If you are a passenger, try to find something to occupy your mind. A movie, some music, a nice nap! This is the best way to overcome your anxiety. I hope you have a safe and fun trip to your uncle's home. |

If the vehicle was properly repaired by a known reliable shop, you should have no problems.
If not, consider renting a vehicle. |

Allow yourself lots of extra time to get there so that you can take your time and drive slowly. Plan your trip so that you'll be driving in the daylight. Wear your seatbelt. Say a prayer before you leave. Pack emergency supplies: blanket, bottles of water, non-perishable foods, candles, flares, a cell phone, first aid kit.

simple...be calm and cool put on some soothing music that will keep you awake and keep you aware..dont do anything ditracting...keep your eyes on the road.. |

put on your seatbelt. make sure the driver doesnt do anything dumb. i guess there isnt much you can do because of all the other stupid people.. i guess that didnt help much though haha |
