If you can complete the written examination and pass the actual driving test I don't see why not. If you are having a problem understanding the rules of the road then maybe finding some other transportation would be a good idea.
Don't stop trying just because someone else says you can't do something or will never be able to. |

It depends on the disability. Are you able to follow simple instructions, read and learn and understand the rules of the road? And, you will have to be comfortable behind the wheel of a car.
Don't ever pay attention to what othere people tell you you can't do. |
