I failed in smog test. If I want to retest another place, do I have to pay again even if I have test report ?

I paid $49 something to test .( Here is California)
I have the test report showing all the smog check data shown.
The first place told me they gonna charge $10 more if I bring again to retest after fixing problem. However If I bring to another station, whole new chage will be given. Is it right?

That's correct you will have to pay the new station. Did you go to a station that advertises free retest if you fail?? Take it back where you started. If they will retest for only $10.00 that is going to be the cheapest rate you are going to get.

Generally, yes, if you were allowed to go to any smog check location.

If CA required you to go to a test-only or gold-shield station, then you can be retested for free.
