I failed my driving test twice should I take the 3rd exam to a different dmv office?

I took my test in Poway, california dmv and I failed twice. First, I did not merge to bike lane (critical error), second while doing the parellel parking I hit the curb (critical error). Should I try to take my exam to a different office? I was thinking I live in poway and know the area very well ( I live across DMV), but also I am thinking I beginning to hate the instructors (sorry) over here. I felt they will be biased cause I failed and failed. I feel like a loser. The instrutor even told me if I failed the third time I have to repeat the whole process of my application (I'm already 32 and a foreign national).

Please I need your advice. I am thinking to check some other dmv offices but i dont know the area very well.

You should do what I did. Practice and don't take the test till you are ready. Sure fire way to pass.
