I crashed into this lady and it was my fault. Now, I have to go to juvenile court. WHat can I expect there and will the fact that I am a top student at school help me(im 16). And will the fact that the lady I crashed into was not wearing a seat belt and drinking cofee while driving with one hand work in my favor. Also she admitted she was speeding. And this is my first car crash. THanks for the help!

Okay first off, what does your grades have to do with anything? It doesn't.
You were at fault. What the lady was doing in her car also has zero to do with anything. I don't understand why you people cause these accidents and then want to find every excuse to blame someone else.
You caused it, pay the consequences and be careful from now on. |

no idea why you have to go to juve court for a traffic accident, but the judge can only really mess with you if you were doing something illegal at the time(drinking and driving, stoned out of your mind) as for the lady give me a break, the question is if you had not done what you did would her actions have caused the accident, no they would not so no help there and don't mention it to a judge he will laugh at you, man up and learn from it |

dude don't worry i t will all be OK and yeah of course what she did wrong will somewhat help you. you will do fine dont fret man its all good. just make sure you're not baked when u enter the court. trust ME it wont help u |
