I got a speeding ticket going 52 in a 35, about 3 months later I got the exact same thing. I am 18 years old and have just recently gotten my license back from being suspended for the third time. Twice I got carrying passenger before my 6 months was up and the third being my first speeding ticket. Will I lose my license again? and for how long?

18 years old, license suspended three times, and you are back to being a reckless dumbazz. What should happen is a public flogging since you don't seem to be able to learn otherwise. |

Given your disregard for the law, it would be appropriate for the court to revoke your license permanently, especially if the law in your state provides for same.
Eighteen, huh? I could understand all that happening if you were 17; at this age, you OUGHT to know better. |

You need to learn how to follow the law. I wouldn't be surprised you lose your license for a very long time. |

You've got a serious problem. Your license will almost surely be suspended again and possibly revoked. Figure your insurance cost will skyrocket. The real issue is that driver's records are now a factor in getting credit and are reviewed by future employers. Even if the court does not require it, you'd be wise to enroll in a safe driving course. At your trial, just the fact you took the initiative to improve may influence the judge to be more lenient. and..... don't keep it up without taking some action,as at your present rate, you may not make it to 19 alive and not in a wheelchair. |
