That depends on the van itself. Also, I think you are referring to the handicap lift. As far as the seat itself, well again it depends on how the van was made. Some vans have the handicap seat towards the front so that person can get out easier. Others have seats that are towards the back. Take a look at the van make.

2. Cables and adjusters.

3. Rollers and adjusters.
