I'm 15 1/2, and I'm getting my temps in a week.
I know an adult with a full license has to be in the car with you but do they have to be in the passenger's seat with you, or is it ok for them to be in the backseat?
and also how many passengers are you allowed to have with you?

A valid licensed driver, the age of 21 or over, in the front passenger seat.
You can't drive between the hours of 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. unless accompanied by a licensed adult, and you must wear your seatbelt at all times.
It does not say anything about the number of passengers that you can have but I would not let anyone else ride with you because you will be distracted. |

They have to be 21 and in the front seat. When you have two or more passengers in the car a young driver is has a 70% greater chance of being in an accident. |
