It's right. There is a reason why the particular road was declared 65. Most of the other fees you mentioned are administration fees. |

Speeding in California 16 to 25 mph over the limit in a 65 mph zone is $266.00 dollars and for 26 or more mph over the limit it is $380.00 dollars.. |
