Is that safe? We just had a big snow storm and they just rode down the street,should I do anything and is it ok for them to be doing it?

dont ruin there fun, my dad use to pull us around on a old car hood in the snow and ice, but then again that was before the days of bikecycle helmets too,you back when to was getting sick you fixed your kids a hot totty, and seatbelts was your parent putting there arm in front of you and them saying hold on, just dont be a old busy body |
