Well I was going to wal-mart and I was in the parking lot looking for a parking spot. While I'm crossing parking lot, I spot a parking spot and I'm half way across the street and all of a sudden the car to the left where I would be parking next to starts going reverse. An the bak of her car starts turning my direction when so I tried to speed up faster to aviod her baking up into, but it was to late. She hit my car behind the bak rear tire.
So whos fault is it? Police said the insurance company would determine it.

I agree with the Police. Unless there was some criminal activity involved it is considered a private property accident and they don't get involved. |
