I suggest not pulling over, but providing some type of signal or warning to your passengers - when they see your signal or warning they can roll down all the windows for a couple of moments. That'll take care of the smelly stuff.
It beats pulling over every so often - plus, you'll take the smell in with you anyway when you get back in the car. |

Yes, Once you feel the need to "perform", You need to ask the driver to pull over.
If you "Perform" inside the car, that could cause the driver along with any other passengers to get the 2nd hand Sh!ts. |
