Wow...really showing your maturity.How would you feel if that sign you removed was the reason there was an accident that caused someones death?Someone in my area removed a stop sign,which caused a major crash in an intersection,3 people died including two children.Not very funny. |

Look in the City Directory and find the guys that install street signs. They work with these things every day. They will gladly come to your house and do what needs to be done. |

i've had this problem myself. One time we just tried banging the crap out of the bolts with a hammer and it did the trick. The bolts were rusty enough that they just crumbled apart |

It's your problem when you stole the street sign. Anyway, to
remove the bolts and nuts which is rusted, use a rust remover,
like WD-40 and spray it several times. If it's too stubborn to
remove, then cut it out with an electric saw. It should definitely
do the job much better. |

There is this substance called Prolong...it's like WD-40 but better. That stuff will loosen up anything! |

first try WD-40 or something like that. if that dont work, use a bolt cutter, and if that dont work then try a hacksaw. have fun with your new sign! i personally have a stop sign on my bedroom wall! |

use a drill bit with some sort of oil/lubricant.i would say the side with the nut best just pick a drill bit that's the right size. if the bolt extends out alot then break it off. use a piece of cardboard to hold the bit in place. that will keep you from damaging the sign. |
