I didn't realize i left it in drive gear, when i realized it i had to turn the car back on and shift it to park..

I've done it.... LOL... I always put my emergency break on BEFORE i put the car in park (helps take strain off your transmission, good habit to get into), and somehow I got distracted, and forgot to put the car in park...
Sat in the car, PANICKING, cause the damn key wouldn't come out of the ignition.. Sat there for like 10 minutes, trying to figure it out... Called my sister (at 1am) and she said "is the car in park?" I was like "Are you kidding me, of course the...... oh... no its in drive" Put the car in park.. and off I went!
