I have a great idea about traffic and cars. I think it is great. I would like to register it and protect it. If any company or organisation would liked to use it I want to get money. What should I do?

Ideas can not be copyrighted, in fact ideas can not be patented either.

you have to go out of patents and i think there is a site where the goverment does it. Google it. and find out. make sure it says something about the gov. you dont want to give ideas out to the fakes. The person who has their idea patented or copyrighted first gets the rights. First come first serve.
